2. Data Sources & Availability

Market data is retrieved from user-configured providers (e.g., Alpaca) and publicly available endpoints (e.g., Yahoo Finance).
Data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are not guaranteed. Service availability may vary.

3. User Responsibilities

Ensure that your use complies with the terms and acceptable use policies of each data provider (e.g., Alpaca, Yahoo).
Maintain the confidentiality of any API keys or credentials you configure in the Web App/Extension.
Independently verify information before making financial decisions.

4. License & Restrictions

The Web App/Extension is provided under the MIT License unless otherwise noted. Third-party libraries remain under their respective licenses.
You may not use the Web App/Extension to violate laws, scrape protected content, or overload provider services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any loss or damages (including financial loss, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising from use of the Web App/Extension.
